Koi Distributions for Locked Mute Tokens

All KOI distributions for veMute and dMute have been made

All users who held legacy veMUTE or dMute lockups that expire beyond the migration finalization date of June 1st, 2024 have been airdropped their share of KOI directly into their wallets on zkSync.

* Note: only lockups that have the value 'eligible' as true were eligible to receive their tokens. This value means that the lock time expires beyond the migration finalization date. All other lock ups not eligible are able to be unlocked before the finalization date.
